Clases en línea y presenciales
To improve our services, we provide you with the necessary information for the proper functioning of the centre.
GROUP CLASSES:
Payments are due at the beginning of each month. If you miss a class, it will still be charged.
If you anticipate being unable to attend classes for a period, please inform us to hold your spot.
Missed classes in group sessions, whether due to holidays or personal reasons, cannot be made up.
To permanently discontinue group classes, please notify us before the 25th of the corresponding month to process the cancellation. Otherwise, the monthly fee for the following month will continue to be charged.
INDIVIDUAL CLASSES:
Payments are due at the beginning of each month. If you can't attend a class, please notify the teacher as soon as possible.
Individual classes can only be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If canceled later, the class will be charged.
Canceled classes can be rescheduled within the same month, provided you have given advance notice.
SEMI-INDIVIDUAL CLASSES:
Payments are due at the end of the month. If you can't attend a class, please notify us as soon as possible.
Discounts will only apply if all students cancel the class with 24 hours' notice. If only one or two students attend, all will pay the regular fee, and the absent student won't receive a discount.
TUTORING:
To benefit from free tutoring, attendance to classes must be above 80%.
PUNCTUALITY:
We kindly request punctuality for the smooth functioning of the classes. The teacher will only wait for students during the first 20 minutes of the class.
PAYMENT:
All course prices are annual, and in case of cancellation, you must provide a minimum of one month's notice.
If we do not receive a cancellation notification, the invoice will be generated, and no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
