Definition: A phrase used to describe a situation where an excessive or overwhelming amount of things are included, often to the point of absurdity. Like a paella made with every ingredient in the market, including chorizo, seafood, chicken, vegetables, fruit, and even a few churros for good measure.

Packing for vacation: El Español's suitcase was overflowing with everything but the kitchen sink: flamenco outfits, bullfighting capes, a siesta hammock, a paella pan, and even a live chicken for fresh eggs.
